CONTROL BY DESIGN

Layered safeguards across the Control360 journey.

Security is applied from initial account setup through routine business operations, payment confirmation, document control and recovery.

01

Identity and authentication

Private password creation, multi-factor authentication, recovery codes and controlled session handling protect access to the correct Portal.

02

Roles and permissions

Business Superusers, Managers, Users and Viewers receive distinct permissions aligned to responsibility and operational need.

03

Workspace separation

Business information is accessed in the signed-in workspace, with company context applied to operational records and users.

04

Auditability and evidence

Key actions, document revisions, communication history and payment evidence create a traceable operational record.

SECURE ACCOUNT LIFECYCLE

From private invitation to protected daily access.

Control360 avoids emailed passwords. A one-time setup link guides the authorised user through password creation, MFA enrolment and recovery-code storage.

OPERATIONAL SECURITY

Controls that protect day-to-day work.

Security and usability must work together. Control360 applies safeguards where the business acts, communicates and collects.

Document control

Issued documents, revisions and archived PDFs support a controlled history rather than an untraceable collection of copies.

  • Controlled issue status
  • Document revisions
  • Archived evidence

Communication control

Templates, consent, suppression, delivery states and communication history help businesses follow approved processes.

  • Sender and reply controls
  • Delivery evidence
  • Recorded communication history

Payment protection

Control360 uses secure provider-hosted checkout and marks a payment paid only after the provider notification passes required verification checks.

  • No card details stored by Control360
  • Signature and amount verification
  • Provider transaction evidence

Monitoring and recovery

Health checks, release identity, backups, audit activity and controlled recovery processes support stable operations.

  • Application and database health
  • Backup verification
  • Administrative MFA recovery controls

PAYMENT SECURITY

Control360 confirms payment without handling card details.

The customer moves from Control360 to the payment provider's hosted checkout. Control360 does not trust the browser return alone. The payment status changes only after a verified server-to-server provider notification.

Important distinctionPayment confirmation, provider settlement and bank payout are separate financial stages and should be reconciled accordingly.
