Understand receivables, overdue exposure, collected cash and expected receipts.
CONTROL360 QUESTIONS, CLEARLY ANSWERED
Understand what Control360 does, how the platform fits into the business, what happens after payment and how secure onboarding leads to day-to-day credit-control action.
START WITH THE ESSENTIALS
The platform is designed for small and medium businesses that need structured credit control without unnecessary complexity.
Understand receivables, overdue exposure, collected cash and expected receipts.
Prioritise reminders, collections, promises, disputes and payment follow-up.
Use roles, MFA, document history, communication records and audit evidence.
UNDERSTANDING CONTROL360
Control360 is a secure credit-control and cashflow workspace that brings customer accounts, receivables, invoicing, payments, collections, statements, communication history and management visibility into one guided platform.
Control360 is designed primarily for small and medium businesses that need a professional credit-control function but may not yet have a dedicated full-time credit controller. The guided workflows can support both administrative users and experienced credit-control staff.
Control360 focuses on receivables, credit control, collection work and cashflow visibility. A business may use native Control360 invoicing, import data from another accounting system, or later use supported integrations. Control360 does not automatically replace a complete general ledger, payroll or statutory accounting system.
Control360 connects invoicing to the wider credit lifecycle: customer terms, ageing, collection priorities, promises, disputes, payment allocation, communication evidence, DSO and cashflow forecasting. The purpose is not only to create an invoice, but to help turn the invoice into collected cash.
CASHFLOW AND FORECASTING
Control360 uses issued invoices, due dates, overdue status, customer behaviour and collection confidence to estimate expected receipts over future periods. The 30, 60 and 90-day view is forward-looking guidance, not a guarantee that every amount will be collected on the forecast date.
The executive Dashboard brings together accounts receivable, overdue exposure, cash collected, expected receipts, at-risk cashflow, unallocated payments, ageing and priority work requiring action.
Days Sales Outstanding is a receivables indicator that estimates how long credit sales take to collect on average. Control360 uses DSO alongside ageing and collection activity to provide context on collection performance.
No. Forecast cash is an estimate of likely future receipts. Collected cash, payment-provider settlement and bank receipt are separate stages and should be reconciled using the relevant payment and bank evidence.
CUSTOMERS, INVOICES AND COLLECTIONS
Control360 supports structured customer and product-data onboarding, and the roadmap includes invoice-source choices such as native invoicing, CSV imports, future system integrations and hybrid operation. Import rules preserve source, duplicate and audit traceability.
Yes. Control360 supports quotations, conversion of approved quotations to invoices, multi-line documents, product and service items, document branding, controlled approvals and PDF output.
Yes. Businesses can use controlled templates, PDF attachments, sender identities, Reply-To settings, CC and BCC controls, and recorded delivery history.
Issued financial values should not be silently rewritten. Controlled documentary corrections and revisions preserve the historical document and create traceable evidence of what changed.
The Dashboard and collection work queues identify overdue exposure, due and overdue actions, broken promises, disputes, credit reviews and other exceptions that require attention.
Businesses can configure approved reminder stages, timing, templates, customer overrides and stopping rules. Automated communication should still follow the business's lawful and approved collection process.
Promises and disputes are recorded as controlled cases with status, dates, values, notes and follow-up requirements. This keeps the customer response visible and prevents important commitments from becoming disconnected from collection work.
PAYMENTS AND RECONCILIATION
The payment methods shown to a customer depend on the enabled merchant services and provider account. Options may include card payments, Instant EFT and other provider-supported methods.
No. Customers are transferred to the payment provider's hosted checkout. Control360 stores payment references, statuses and verification evidence, not raw card details.
Control360 does not trust the browser return by itself. The payment is marked paid only after the provider's server-to-server notification passes mandatory checks such as signature, source, reference, amount and currency verification.
After verified payment, Control360 can provision the Business Portal workspace, create the first Business Superuser in setup-pending state and send a private one-time account-setup link. The user creates a password, configures MFA, saves recovery codes and then begins guided onboarding.
Receipts can be recorded, allocated to invoices, left in an unallocated queue where information is incomplete, and corrected through controlled reversal processes. The objective is a reliable debtor book and a traceable cash record.
SECURITY AND ACCESS
Control360 supports authenticator-based MFA, recovery codes and controlled administrative reset processes. MFA requirements may be applied according to Platform and business security policy, and initial Business Superuser setup is designed to include MFA enrolment.
Business roles include Business Superuser, Business Manager, Business User and Read-only Viewer. Each role receives different permissions, with sensitive business settings reserved for the Business Superuser.
Business users sign in through the Business Portal and operate within the assigned company workspace. Platform administration uses a separate Platform Portal and separate role controls.
Users should keep recovery codes securely and separately from the authenticator device. Control360 also provides controlled MFA reset and recovery processes for authorised administrators.
Visit the Security and Privacy page for information about access, payment verification, operational evidence and shared responsibilities.
SETUP AND ONBOARDING
After secure account setup, the Business Superuser enters a guided Getting Started and SOP programme covering business profile, banking, document identity, invoice source, users, customers, communication controls and operational readiness.
The onboarding experience is designed for self-service operation through embedded guidance, role-based tasks, explanations, evidence and recommended next actions. Separate human support services may be added as the support model evolves.
Yes. The number of users depends on the selected plan and any approved limits. The Business Superuser can create users and assign appropriate roles within the workspace.
Where required, a business can contact Control360 about an offline application process. The normal public application provides the most direct route into review, offer and secure payment.
PLANS, BILLING AND SUPPORT
Plan changes should follow a controlled subscription process so that limits, billing dates, charges and effective dates remain clear. The exact options depend on the active plan and commercial terms.
The payment remains outstanding and the subscription does not activate from an unverified or failed payment. Control360 retains the payment status and evidence so the correct next action can be taken without falsely recording payment.
Control360 includes embedded product guidance and onboarding support within the platform. The exact service, response expectations and any managed or human support offerings should be confirmed in the selected plan and applicable agreement.
WhatsApp Business integration is planned for a future release and will require consent, provider onboarding, template approval and usage controls before production use.
